The Western Auto Rehabilitation (mixed use) project began as an effort to diversify the downtown tenant spaces while rehabilitating an important part of Main Street Eupora. The original Western Auto building was is severe disrepair, but the building façade and parti-walls were salvaged and rebuilt to provide a typical street facing commercial space with three 2 story loft style apartments in the depth of the lot. These apartments face onto the landscaped “apartment courtyard” space for day-lighting and access to Dunn St. and alley secured parking.
