115 S Lafayette Street, Starkville, MS

115 S. Lafayette Rehabilitation was a passion project of Castle Properties.  The circa 1930’s building was formerly occupied by the Starkville Korean Church and is a contributing structure within the Downtown Starkville Historic District.  This historic tax credit project focused on the rehabilitation of this multi-level structure to expose the original structure and remove the inappropriate windows & doors, enclosures and drop ceilings to celebrate the industrial original character.  The intent of the project was to develop two independent rental spaces, by floor, while restoring the original finishes and replicating the character of the original exterior openings and celebrating the spacious interior.
