Calhoun City Hall Renovation

The City Hall is located one block away from Calhoun City’s historic town square. A/E Services began with a study of potential relocation possibilities to move the City Hall to the Square. Programming services were provided to determine the current and potential future needs for the City Hall. Preliminary design studies and existing building assessments were conducted for three potential relocation sites and for the existing facility.  It was determined that restoring the historic city hall to meet the current needs was the best option.  Full A/E services were provided to restore the building, providing modifications to better meet the City’s needs.  The project included a complete renovation of the municipal court facility.
