Early Grove Properties Adaptive Reuse

The adaptive reuse of three metal buildings previously used for warehouse space and refinishing shops were modified and repaired to provide four commercial tenant spaces within the existing Historic fabric of downtown Eupora. Interior spaces were designed to suit tenants along with new parking and landscaping.
