BSA began this project with an architecture investigation and assessment of the depot’s existing structure and current conditions. This included a wide scope of things including site, exterior, interior, roof, structure, moisture intrusion finishes, and general repair and renovation and restoration items. The renovation focused on the modernization of the building, while maintaining its rich historic character. The preservation recommendations for renovations and restoration for the floor plans, was prioritized throughout the entirety of this project. The main offices are currently in use as the main offices of Grenada Railroad, a subsidiary of railways.
