Johnson Commons East Renovation, University of Mississippi

The renovation and rehabilitation of the Johnson Commons East Building include the restoration of existing building components (with an emphasis on the building envelope and moisture intrusion), new mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems, a new sprinkler system, ADA upgrades, new space layout to accommodate users, code upgrades, site access, and drainage improvements. Renovation and layout of building entry points connect with the adjacent Johnson Commons West Building. The building will have event space for the university, office for Event Services, and academic space on the lower floor.
