Miss Del’s Apartment Renovation

This project included the design and construction oversight of the rehabilitation of the second floor of an early twentieth century commercial building in downtown Clarksdale to provide a studio/apartment for the building owner. The project retains the original character of the space – a former rooming house – while also providing an appropriate backdrop for the owner’s eclectic collection of furnishings and artwork.
